My client is an international supplier to power generation sector who offer design and engineering through equipment supply to project management.  The currently have a requirement for an experienced Export and Logistics Administrator to join Aftermarket Team at their site in Doncaster.  This role is to commence January 2020 and is on a temporary basis covering Maternity leave

THE ROLE

Preparing exportation documentation for all exports and shipments in line with corporate and legal compliance

Responsible for checking shipping and export documents for accuracy of data

Organising transport for export

Data entry into the systems/spreadsheets

Reviewing and processing documentation

Continuous updating of databases to ensure a clear audit trail is accessible should it be required

Liaising with other departments to ensure orders meet the specified despatch dates

Providing admin support to the Aftermarket Sales team including data input onto SAP

THE CANDIDATE

A background working in a global export role

Working knowledge of shipping procedures and legislation

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines

IT Literate with good numeracy and data input skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary : £23,000

37 hours per week

Working hours : 8.30am to 4.30 Monday – Thursday, 8.30 to 4.00pm Friday
